NEET UG
A two-year programme for students who want MBBS, BDS or other medical courses. Doctors teach Biology and IITians and NITians teach Physics and Chemistry. NCERT is covered line by line and then tested the way NEET tests it.
How each subject is taught
Half the NEET paper is Biology, and almost all of it can be traced to a line in NCERT, which makes it the most scoring subject. Every chapter is read closely, diagrams are drawn, and students practise questions until they can recall the NCERT line without effort.
Physics is where most NEET aspirants lose marks, so it gets extra numerical practice from Class 11 onwards. Chemistry, especially NCERT organic and inorganic, is covered with the same care.

Who teaches Biology?

My child is weak in Physics. Can they still do NEET?
Yes. Physics gets extra numerical practice from the start, and NEET students use much of the daily doubt time for it.
Is MHT‑CET covered for NEET students?
Yes, the PCB group. It overlaps with NEET, and CET-specific practice is added closer to the exam.
Are there mock tests on the OMR sheet?
Yes. Full-length NEET mocks are taken on OMR sheets under exam timing, so students know the format well before NEET.
