Free Physics notes for JEE and NEET, chapter by chapter
Our Physics faculty have written notes for all 28 chapters of the current NCERT Physics books for Class 11 and 12. Each chapter gives you the concepts in plain language, the formulas you use, a worked example, the mistakes students make most often, and practice questions with answers.
How to use these notes: read the NCERT chapter once, then go through the notes with a notebook open. Write every formula yourself, redo the worked example without looking, and only then try the practice questions. Physics in the entrance papers
JEE Main Paper 1 has 25 Physics questions out of 75. NEET has 45 Physics questions out of 180, with +4 for a correct answer and −1 for a wrong one. MHT‑CET has 50 Physics questions.
Where marks are lost
Most students lose Physics marks on units, signs and diagrams rather than on theory. Draw the figure, write the given quantities with units and check the answer’s dimensions before you move on.
